I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms with jacuzzi on the balcony facing the ocean were spotless and perfect in every way. The service, especially at the Bambuco Restaurant, was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat by the beach yet close enough to the lively Costera. The dining experience could be better for the price, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The rooms were spotless and perfect in every way, complete with a jacuzzi on the balcony facing the ocean. The service was friendly and efficient, with the staff always ready to assist. The location is fabulous, right on the best beach of Acapulco, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and easy access to the bustling Costera. The dining experience could be better for the price, but you can't beat the convenience of having the beach just steps away.
